Custom Dyeing

Since 2002 Wayne Mills Co. has offered a full range of dyeing and wet processing services, including custom color matching and shade development. 

Through an acquisition of a company with over a century of dyeing experience and the exhaustive development of a new state-of-the-art dyehouse, Wayne Mills Co. can now offer complete custom dye services on cotton, nylon, polyester, rayon, acetate, wool, and most blends.

Our dyehouse has sixteen skein dye machines ranging in size from small to large allowing our customers great flexibility in purchasing. In addition to our skein dye operation,  Wayne Mills utilizes a computer controlled Mageba continuous dye range.  The Mageba provides our customers with superior finish quality and color reproduction on wider items.
