No guarantee on shrinkage and fastness of dye due to factors beyond our control.  We recommend that our customers test the product before use.

MINIMUM ORDER

$100.00 merchandise value for all stock items.  Made to order items require other minimums.

RETURNS

All claims or returns must be submitted within 30 days of shipment.  All returns require our authorization number.  No merchandise may be returned if cut, treated, or altered in any way.  Our responsibility is limited to the value of our product for credit or replacement, at our option, when combined with or attached to another material or product.

TERMS

We accept Visa and MasterCard or will be glad to ship C.O.D. or on a check in advance basis. 

A satisfactory credit report is required to establish an open account.  Open account terms of sale are 3% 10, 2% 30, Net 31 days - F.O.B. Shipping Point.
