The winter of 2002 was an
interesting
time for Wayne Mills Co. For the first time in the company's long
history Wayne Mills was now able to offer a full range of dyeing and wet
processing services, including custom color matching and shade development,
all controlled and managed by Wayne Mills Co.
 Through an acquisition of a
company with over a century of dyeing experience and the exhaustive
development of a new state-of-the-art dyehouse, Wayne Mills Co. can now
offer complete custom dye services on cotton, nylon, polyester, rayon,
acetate, wool, and most blends.
Our new dyehouse has sixteen skein dye machines ranging in size from
small to large allowing our customers great flexibility in purchasing.
In addition to our skein dye operation, Wayne Mills recently purchased a
brand new, computer controlled Mageba continuous dye range. The Mageba
provides our customers with superior finish quality and color reproduction
on wider items.
We are excited by the future prospects of our new Dye Division. Our
goal is continued expansion in our service capabilities through innovation
and technology. We encourage our customers to explore all of the
